Carliz De La Cruz Hernández
Carliz has five years of experience as a licensed attorney, though her career in the legal field spans more than nine years. Her practice areas include contracts, intellectual property, entertainment, music, sports, and other areas of law.
Carliz graduated cum laude from the University of Puerto Rico (UPR) with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Accounting. She subsequently earned her Juris Doctor from the UPR School of Law in 2020. While studying at the School of Law, she completed an internship at the central office of Legal Services of Puerto Rico and, in her senior year, practiced law at the UPR Civil Legal Assistance Clinic. During her university studies, she developed a passion for Intellectual Property Law and was one of the pioneers in founding the UPR Sports and Entertainment Law Association.

Prior to establishing her practice as an independent attorney, she held roles as a paralegal at a law firm specializing in Entertainment and Criminal Law, as well as an attorney at a Legal Office, handling a variety of Damages and Personal Injury cases, particularly focused on Medical Malpractice. Additionally, she served as an attorney at a law firm with an emphasis on municipal, administrative, contractual matters, and civil litigation.
