Comparison of your trademark with previously registered trademarks and pending applications. Simple likelihood of confusion analysis. 7. Responding to any communication regarding non-substantive aspects of the trademark registration application. 8. Updates on the status of the trademark registration application. 9. Monitoring the process from start to finish. 10. Sending a digital copy of the Trademark Registration Certificate (once registered). Terms: 1. Registering a trademark that has not been used in U.S. interstate commerce incurs an additional fee. This fee will be provided when notification of trademark use is required by the USPTO. 2. This service does not include appeals, refusals, or any other actions requested by the examining officer that were not included in the original application.
