Registering a copyright is a way to inform everyone that you own a creative work and that no one can use it without your permission. If you don't secure copyright registration, you won't be able to file a lawsuit or access the courts if someone infringes your rights. Services included: 1. Unlimited consultation on the subject. 2. Initial call of up to 1 hour for general guidance. 3. Standard application for registering a work. 4. Report preparation, filing, and monitoring of the application with the U.S. Copyright Office. 5. Follow-up on the process from start to finish. 6. Updates on the progress of your application with the U.S. Copyright Office. 7. Delivery of the Copyright Registration Certificate (once the work is registered). Note: Does not include the application filing fee ($65). Terms: 1. You can submit 4-10 works at the same time to obtain this service. To obtain this package, all the works you wish to register must meet the following requirements: (i) they cannot have been published (i.e., released on digital platforms or in physical format) and (ii) they must have been created by the same author(s) and/or belong to the same person(s). All works must be submitted at the same time. Multiple applications under this package are not permitted. Works must be submitted in the following formats: music (mp3 or wav) and videos (mp4 or mov).
