Service Description
At De Law Office PR, we offer notarial services for Affidavits and/or Sworn Statements to individuals and businesses, according to their needs or specific matters, such as: - Loss of license - Vehicle transfer - Applications for professional licenses - Travel authorizations for minors - Lease agreements and others - Export of motor vehicles - Swearing-in of lawsuits, petitions, and/or interrogatories - Others Services include: 1. Consultation on the matter with an attorney from the firm. 2. Authentication of the document and its seal. Terms: 1. Must be a resident of Puerto Rico or the United States. 2. Must be 21 years of age or older (valid photo ID). 3. Documents are drafted and notarized only within the jurisdiction of Puerto Rico. 4. A valid driver's license or photo ID is required. 5. Notarial services start at $40. The price of the service varies depending on the document to be notarized, its complexity, and the location of the notarization. A $40 deposit is required to reserve your place, which will be credited towards the final fee.
Cancellation Policy
1. You may reschedule your Notary service for any reason, provided it is done up to 48 hours before the appointment. 2. Under no circumstances will a refund be issued if you cancel within 48 hours of the appointment. 3. Law Office PR reserves the right to cancel the appointment at our sole discretion, in which case you will receive a full refund. 4. If you fail to appear for the appointment without prior notice or postponement, your payment will not be refunded. 5. This service does not establish an attorney-client relationship. Such a relationship will only be established when: any potential conflicts of interest are reviewed and eliminated; a representation agreement is formalized; and you receive confirmation from one of our attorneys regarding the acceptance of the representation agreement, its scope, and your consent.
