With this option, you can request the preparation of your Puerto Rico State Tax Return (Forma Unica) including income from services rendered, professional services, or self-employment.

This service includes:

1. Evaluation of your documents, potential tax credits, and/or debts.

2. Preparation of the Form Unica.

3. Review and copying of the return.

4. Filing of the return.

*The price shown ($40) for this service does not include all the required attachments.

Attachments are an additional cost.

Terms and Conditions:
-Payment for this service is final and non-refundable under any circumstances. Cancellations are not accepted for services that have already been paid for. Once you have made your payment for the services, we will contact you within 24 business hours (business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) to request the necessary information to perform the service.

Any additional services required beyond those described above will incur an additional cost depending on the specific service needed.
